We will initially go through our mailing lists to see if they can match a potential buyer for you. We will keep in touch with you on a regular basis, not only to arrange viewings but also to let you know how many people have requested a brochure or have looked at your property on our web site. We are more than happy to do accompanied viewings (unless you prefer to show potential buyers around yourself, in which case we will make the necessary arrangements at a time convenient to you). We seek feedback with 48 hours of all viewings and discuss the outcome with you. We will pass on all offers to you and when a sale has been agreed, we will keep in contact with the purchaser and liase with solicitors, in order to ensure a smooth completion.
